Presentation 2 Overview: This session provides an overview of the Communities that HEAL (CTH) intervention, focusing on its community engagement process and data-driven approach. It will outline the six phases of the CTH model, with a focus on Phase 5, which involves implementing evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as OEND. This session will also showcase strategies in NY and MA to expand access to MOUD. The session will also emphasize the CTH model’s adaptability to address issues like mental health, HIV, and gender-based violence. Coalition leaders will discuss the importance of collaboration, community-driven approaches, and the role of coalitions in the intervention’s success.
